1. Purpose of processing

The processing of the personal data you provide is directed exclusively to the following purposes:

a) Creation of a personal account, through the “Register” function, to allow registration to the web platform and the subsequent identification and management of your authentication credentials;

b) Use of the e-commerce service provided by Marine Store S.r.l., to allow the correct execution, by the latter, of the transactions related to the online purchase of products and services and therefore, to allow the same to fulfill in a timely manner all the obligations arising from the contractual relationship, as well as for the administrative and legal obligations related thereto.
Please note that, if payment is made by credit card, the data provided by you will not be processed in any way by Marine Store S.r.l., but only by the payment service provider, as Autonomous Data Controller.
