Order Requirements
All orders, to be considered valid, must be confirmed by email by one of our representatives.
The photos and descriptions of the products on the marinestore.it website may change without notice.
Please check the accuracy of your tax information, communicating any inaccuracies in accordance with Legislative Decree 633/72 and subsequent amendments, otherwise we decline all liability.
Payment Methods
ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER: Once the order is completed, you will receive all the details to make the payment by email. Once the payment has been made, send the payment receipt by email (info@marinestore.it) to speed up the order processing.
CASH ON DELIVERY: You will pay for your order upon delivery. Cash on delivery payment is possible for amounts between €65.00 and €500.00 (including VAT).
PAYPAL: Payment by credit card via the secure PayPal system
PAYMENT UPON COLLECTION – AVAILABLE ONLY WITH COLLECTION ON SITE: Possibility to pay directly in the store when collecting the order. Once the order is completed, you will be contacted by one of our operators to collect the goods.
CREDIT CARD: Payment by credit card directly on the site via the secure Payplug platform.
Delivery of the goods
When receiving the goods, the Customer must check the condition of the packaging and, if damaged, sign the transport document shown by the courier with reservation of inspection, specifying in each case the way in which the packaging is damaged (e.g. puncture, rain, scratches, etc.); failure to comply with this obligation prevents the buyer from using the right of withdrawal.
Any costs of storage of the goods at the courier, in the event that delivery is impossible due to unavailability, are borne by the buyer.

marinestore.it guarantees maximum professionalism thanks to the multi-year collaboration with GLS Express Courier. By choosing Express Courier as the shipping method, you also accept the following conditions: The shipment of the goods will be carried out with GLS Express Courier. The goods travel at the risk and peril of the Customer.
Delivery Times
Orders received between 00:00 and 13:00 from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders received from 13:00 to 00:00 from Sunday to Thursday are shipped the next day. Orders received from Friday at 13:00 to Sunday at 13:00 are shipped the following Monday.
Orders received on red holidays are processed the following working day.
Delivery is expected within 24 hours for all of continental Italy except for some disadvantaged areas that require more time. For the islands and Calabria, delivery is estimated in 48 hours.
Due to the high volume of orders during November and December, orders may be subject to some delays.
Prices
Prices include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
The Prices on Offer are valid only for online purchases. Prices are not valid if the purchase is made in store.
Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Returns are accepted only with free port and with our authorization. The products have a warranty period according to current laws.
The products contained in the Objects category are covered by the guarantee of the right of withdrawal, provided for by Legislative Decree 15 January 1992 n° 50.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 10 days of delivery of the product with written communication (registered letter with return receipt) to the Company: Marine Store, Via M. Coppino, 421 – Viareggio 55049 (Lucca).
The registered letter must contain the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the indication of the product, the subject of the dispute, the description of the relevant order and a copy of the transport document.
Any return may be accepted only if the product is intact; if the goods have already been delivered, to exercise the right of withdrawal the consumer must return the goods, according to the methods and times set out in the contract (which in any case cannot exceed ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods).
All items must reach Richmond’s in the same conditions of sale, unused and completely intact, with the original packaging and any manuals, without any missing parts.
The refund of the price will take place within 30 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund refers exclusively to the price of the product, as the additional shipping and delivery costs will be borne by the buyer.hmon
