ADVANCE BY BANCK TRANSFER: Once you have completed your order you will receive an email with all the details to make the payment. When you have made the payment, send the receipt of payment (preferably in JPG, BMP, PDF) by fax (+39 0584 385527) or by email (ordini@yachtsupply.it) the receipt of payment to speed up the shipment. Alternatively, you can load it directly into the order detail ‘My yachtsupply.it’

C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery): You will pay the courier for your order upon delivery. Cash payment is possible for payments until 250,00 € (including VAT). The price of this service is 8,00 € to be added to shipping fees.

PAYPAL: Payment by credit card through the secure PayPal site (What is PayPal and how does it work?)

PAYMENT AT TIME OF PICK UP – Available only with Pick-Up: It is possible to pay in the store when picking up your order. Once you have completed your order you will be contacted by our operator to pick up the goods.

Delivery time for Italy is 24 hours with orders received by 12 pm and can vary depending on stock availability. For orders outside of Italy refer to the table below:

The prices on offer are valid only for online purchases. Prices are not valid if the purchase is made in the store.

We only accept returns which are prepaid and with our permission. The products have a lifetime warranty according to the current laws.

The products contained in the category ‘Gifts & Gadgets’ are covered by the warranty of the right of withdrawal provided in accordance with the Legislative Decree of January 15th, 1992 No. 50. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 10 days of delivery of the product by notice in writing (registered letter with return receipt requested) to the Company: Marine Store, Via M. Coppino, 421 – 55049 Viareggio (Lucca).

The letter must contain the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the indication of the product, the object of the dispute, the description on the order and a copy of the transport document.

Any returns will be accepted only if the product is damaged, if the goods have already been delivered, to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods in the manner and time stipulated in the contract (which can still be less than ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods).

In addition, the return of the goods will not be accepted if the same has been withdrawn from the box.

The repayment of the amount will be made within 30 days of arrival of the cancellation notice. The refund relates only to the product price, the costs of shipping and delivery will be borne by the purchaser.
